What Hubi does
Connect to Klaviyo and Shopify. Identify subscribers with no open or click in the last 90 days (configurable), excluding recent signups. Report: total unengaged count, share of the list, and trend vs the previous run. Then prepare a sunset / re-permission email DRAFT (subject + body) in the brand voice. Prep-only: never send, never modify audiences. Output the findings plus the draft for human review.
