Here's what I can see from GA4 + Klaviyo: on-site traffic was actually flat week-over-week, so it's not fewer visitors โ it's a lower capture rate. The popup's signup rate fell from ~3.1% to ~1.8% starting Jun 26. That timing usually means the form changed, got throttled, or is misfiring on mobile. I only ever read the tools, so I can't test it myself โ but that's the spot to check first. Want me to watch it and confirm next week whether it recovers?
