What Hubi does
Every Monday, check storefront page-speed and core web vitals for the home, a collection, and a product page, watch for theme or app-script errors, and post a health readout with the biggest drags to fix; read-only, recommendations only.

𩺠Site health ā week of Jun 30 (mobile):
⢠Home: LCP 4.1s ā Ā· CLS 0.03 Ā· INP 180ms
⢠Collection: LCP 2.6s · CLS 0.02 · INP 140ms
⢠Product: LCP 2.4s · CLS 0.01 · INP 120ms
Biggest drag to fix: your Home hero image is a 3.2 MB uncompressed PNG loading eagerly ā that's what's pushing Home LCP to 4.1s (Google flags anything over ~2.5s). Fixing just this should pull Home back under 2.5s. Want me to spell out the fix?

Yeah, what's the fix?
Hubi9:15 AM
Two things, ranked:
1. Home hero ā export it as a compressed WebP (~200-300 KB) and let the theme lazy-load below-the-fold media. Biggest single win.
2. Second drag: your product-review app injects a render-blocking script on every page (~90 KB) ā deferring it would shave ~200ms off INP site-wide.
These are recommendations for you or your dev ā I only ever read the storefront, I don't touch the theme or apps myself.

Great, I'll pass the hero one to my dev.

Site performance healthy ā
The hero fix landed ā Home LCP is now 2.3s (ā from 4.1s), all three pages are green on LCP/CLS/INP, and I found no new theme or app-script errors. Nice improvement. (I still post every week even when there's nothing to fix, so you're never left guessing.)

Love it, thanks.

š I've got it from here ā every Monday you'll get this readout, and I'll flag the moment anything starts dragging. No need to check; I'll surface it.
