• No runaway-CPA guard: nothing pauses an ad set if CPA blows past target. Add a rule: pause when CPA > 2x target over 3 days.
• No frequency alert: prospecting can saturate unnoticed. Add: alert when frequency > 4.
• Stale rule: a 2024 "pause if CTR < 0.5%" is firing weekly on healthy ad sets - too aggressive, retire or loosen.
