What Hubi does
Each morning, scan Shopify orders and fulfillments for anything stuck longer than 3 days โ paid but unfulfilled, fulfilled but no carrier scan, or in transit with no tracking movement โ and post an alert listing each stuck order, how long it's been stuck, the likely cause, and a recommended action. Read-only: never cancel, refund, re-fulfill, or message a customer without explicit approval.

Drafts for all three are ready for your approval above; I won't send anything until you say go. (I only read the store โ I never cancel, refund, or message customers on my own.)
