How does Hubi authenticate with waboxapp?

Hubi uses the API token from your waboxapp account, so it acts only within your connected number and plan. It does not need your WhatsApp password or phone PIN.

Will Hubi send messages to customers on its own?

No. Because these are customer-facing messages, Hubi drafts the WhatsApp and shows it to you before sending by default. You can set standing rules in plain English if you want certain replies to go out automatically.

Can it message someone who never wrote to me first?

WhatsApp has strict rules about messaging people who have not opted in, and those limits apply to anything sent through waboxapp. Hubi follows whatever your account and WhatsApp's policies permit, so cold outreach may be restricted.
