Does Hubi handle the actual image transformations?

Transformations are applied through Uploadcare's CDN URL parameters, so Hubi can return the right URL for a transformation, while the resizing or cropping itself is done by Uploadcare's delivery layer.

Can Hubi work across more than one Uploadcare project?

Each set of API keys maps to one project, so Hubi acts within the project whose keys you connect. To work across projects you would connect each one's keys.

Can Hubi pull a file from another connected app into Uploadcare?

Yes. If a drive, store, or form tool is connected, Hubi can take a file's URL from there and upload it straight into Uploadcare in the same instruction.
