Can Hubi work across more than one board?

Yes. You tell Hubi which board you mean by name, and it can create or move cards across any board your connected account can reach, including Workspace boards.

Can Hubi assign cards to specific team members?

Yes. Hubi can add members to a card by name as long as they belong to the board, so a new card can land already assigned to the right person.
