No. Because broadcasts and flow starts reach real people, Hubi shows you the audience and message for approval before sending. You can set standing rules in plain English for sends you want to run automatically.

Can Hubi start a flow based on activity in another app?

Yes. You can chain TextIt with your other connected tools - for example, 'when a new lead lands in my CRM, add them to the welcome group and start the onboarding flow' runs across both.

What contact data can Hubi see and change?

Typically contacts, their custom fields, group membership, flows, and broadcasts - whatever the API token allows. It reads and updates those objects but does not change your workspace billing or account settings.

Does this work across SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels?

TextIt supports several messaging channels, so Hubi can act on the channels your workspace has configured. Which channels are available depends on what you have connected inside TextIt.

What happens if a message or flow fails to send?

Hubi reports the error TextIt returns rather than silently moving on, so you can see if a contact was invalid, a channel was unavailable, or a rate limit was hit.
