Can Hubi change employee records or just read them?

TalentHR's API access is fairly limited, so Hubi is most reliable at retrieving and summarizing employee data. For anything that would edit a record, Hubi shows you the change first and you confirm where the API and your plan allow it.

Who can see the HR data Hubi pulls?

Only you, in your session. Employee records are sensitive, so Hubi surfaces them when you ask and does not share or forward them anywhere unless you explicitly tell it to.

Does Hubi expose salary or other private fields?

Hubi can only see the fields TalentHR returns for your API key. If your access doesn't include sensitive fields like compensation, Hubi can't see them either - it works within whatever scope your key grants.

Can Hubi combine TalentHR data with my other tools?

Yes. With your other apps connected, you can ask Hubi to pull a TalentHR roster and post a headcount summary to Slack or drop the list into a spreadsheet in one instruction.
