No. Customer-facing messages are drafted for your approval by default, so Hubi shows you the wording and the recipient before anything sends. You can set standing rules in plain English if you want certain replies to go automatically.

Does WhatsApp messaging through Hubi follow the usual template rules?

Yes. Superchat enforces WhatsApp's session and template-message rules, so outside the active conversation window an approved template is typically required. Hubi works within whatever your Superchat account allows.
