If your Sensibo account has several devices, Hubi can target a specific one by name so the right room responds. It works across whatever devices your key can reach.

Does Hubi change the AC instantly?

Hubi sends the command through Sensibo's service, which relays it to your unit. Changes apply as fast as the device responds, usually within moments when it is online.

What happens if the device is offline?

If Sensibo can't reach your unit, the command won't take effect and Hubi reports that back rather than assuming it worked, so you know to check the device or connection.
