Does Hubi create the embeddings, or do I provide the vectors?

For raw upserts you supply the vectors, since embedding depends on the model you've chosen. Where you use Pinecone's integrated embedding, Hubi can pass text to the index and let Pinecone handle the vectors.

Will Hubi delete vectors without confirming?

Because deletes are destructive, Hubi proposes a delete and shows you the scope - the IDs or namespace affected - before it runs. Reads and queries execute freely.

Can Hubi query a specific namespace within an index?

Yes. You can tell Hubi which namespace to query, upsert, or delete in, so operations stay scoped to the right partition of your index rather than the whole thing.

Can Hubi manage indexes themselves, not just the data?

It can work with the index operations your key allows, such as describing index stats. Creating or deleting an entire index is a heavier action that Hubi surfaces for your approval before running.
