By default Hubi proposes the decision and shows you the inquiry details for approval, since approving or declining identity checks is consequential. You can set rules for routine cases if you want some to resolve automatically.

Can Hubi see the documents or personal data in an inquiry?

It can retrieve whatever fields your API key is permitted to read, which may include verification outcomes and inquiry metadata. Sensitive personal data is governed by Persona's own access controls, not loosened by connecting Hubi.

Does Hubi create the verification template, or just use existing ones?

Hubi works with the templates already set up in your Persona account. You tell it which template or flow to start an inquiry against, and it references that rather than designing a new verification flow.

Can Hubi react to a verification result automatically?

Yes. You can have Hubi watch for completed inquiries and then route the outcome - posting failures to Slack, updating a CRM record, or flagging an account - in a single standing instruction.

What happens if an inquiry isn't found?

Hubi tells you it couldn't locate the inquiry or account rather than guessing, so you don't act on the wrong record during a review.
