Will Hubi send email or invites without me checking first?

No. By default Hubi drafts the email or event and shows it to you for approval before sending. You can set standing rules in plain English if you want certain routine messages to go out on their own.

Does this work with a personal Outlook.com account or only a work one?

Outlook's API covers both personal Outlook.com mailboxes and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. What Hubi can access depends on the account type and any policies your organization's admin has set.

What parts of my account can Hubi reach?

Whatever scopes you grant during sign-in - typically mail, calendar, and contacts. Hubi reads and writes those, and does not touch billing, admin settings, or anything outside the permissions you approved.

Can Hubi search across my whole mailbox and folders?

Yes. Hubi can search the inbox and other folders your account exposes, find threads by sender, subject, or content, and pull a specific message, within what your granted permissions allow.

Can Hubi connect Outlook to my other tools?
