Will Hubi delete or overwrite files without asking?

Reading and searching run freely, but for destructive actions like deleting or overwriting a file Hubi confirms with you first by default. You can set standing rules for routine filing you want it to handle on its own.

Can Hubi reach files shared with me or only my own?

Hubi can work with the files your OneDrive account has access to, which generally includes items shared directly with you, subject to the permissions Microsoft grants at sign-in. It cannot open files you have no rights to.
