Will Hubi send a reply to a customer without me checking it?

By default Hubi drafts the reply and shows it to you before it sends, since it goes to a real customer. You can set standing rules in plain English for routine replies you want sent automatically.

Can Hubi tell internal comments apart from customer replies?

Yes. Hubi uses Missive's internal comments for team notes that stay private, and messages for what the customer sees, so context-sharing never leaks into the conversation.

Does Hubi work across all our shared inboxes?

Hubi can act in the inboxes your connected account has access to. You can point it at a specific shared inbox, and it will list conversations there if you are not sure which one.

Can Hubi assign conversations to the right person?
