How far back can Hubi pull logs?

That depends on your Mezmo retention settings, which vary by plan. Hubi can only query data still inside your retention window; older entries that have aged out are no longer available.

Can Hubi alert me when a specific error shows up?

Hubi works on request rather than running its own monitors, but you can ask it to check recent logs for a pattern and report back, then chain that into a Slack or email message for the team.
