Cloud Vision accepts images by URL, by file reference in Google Cloud Storage, or as inline data, so Hubi can analyze an image you link or one from a connected folder, depending on how you point it at the file.

Which detections can Hubi run in one pass?

Cloud Vision can apply several features to the same image at once - label, text, face, landmark, logo, and safe-search detection among them - so Hubi can return labels and extracted text together rather than in separate calls.

Does Hubi store the images it analyzes?

No. Hubi sends the image to Cloud Vision for the detection you asked for and returns the results. Whether Google retains anything is governed by your Google Cloud project's data settings, not by Hubi.

How accurate is the text extraction on a low-quality scan?

OCR quality depends on the source image - clean, high-contrast scans read very well, while blurry or skewed photos are less reliable. Hubi returns what Cloud Vision detects, and you can review the text before relying on it.
