Recording is handled by Fireflies' own notetaker, which joins meetings based on your Fireflies setup. Hubi works with the transcripts and summaries Fireflies produces rather than joining the call itself.

Which meetings can Hubi see?

Hubi can reach the meetings your Fireflies account and API key cover, which typically means calls you recorded or were shared on. It cannot pull transcripts your account never had access to.

Does my Fireflies plan affect what Hubi can do?

Yes. Features like transcript history, search depth, and AI summaries depend on your Fireflies plan, so Hubi can only surface what your tier records and retains. Older calls may be unavailable on limited retention plans.
