Can Hubi edit the visual floor plan, or just the data behind it?

Hubi works through the ExpoFP API, so it reads and updates booth and exhibitor records and placements rather than redrawing the map by hand. The published plan reflects those changes.

Will Hubi change exhibitor placements without my sign-off?

For updates that move booths or change exhibitors, Hubi proposes the change for your approval first. Read requests like looking up a booth run on their own.

Can it handle more than one event at a time?

Where your ExpoFP account holds several events, Hubi can reference the floor plan you name. Just tell it which show you mean if you run more than one.

What happens if a booth or exhibitor name doesn't match?

If Hubi can't find an exact match, it tells you what it found instead of guessing - so a misspelled company name comes back as a question rather than the wrong update.

Can I connect ExpoFP with my other tools?

Yes. You can chain ExpoFP with anything else you've connected - for example, pull the exhibitor list and email it to your team, or sync booth assignments into a spreadsheet.
