Will Hubi overwrite my data without asking?

Reading values runs freely. For writes that change a cell or range, Hubi shows you what it is about to put where so you do not lose data, and you can set standing rules for routine logging you trust it to handle.

Can Hubi work with formulas and multiple sheets?

Yes. Hubi can target a specific worksheet and range, and writing a value lets Excel recalculate dependent formulas as usual. Naming the sheet in your request helps it write to the right place in a multi-tab workbook.
