Will Hubi send a document to a client without me checking it first?

By default Hubi prepares the document and shows you the signer and details for approval before it sends, since that goes to a real recipient. You can set standing rules in plain English for sends you want handled automatically.

Can Hubi send from my existing templates?

Yes. Hubi works best preparing documents from templates you have already built in eversign, filling in the fields for each signer. Building a new template layout is typically done in the eversign editor.

Does Hubi tell me when everyone has signed?

You can ask Hubi for a document's status at any time and it reports who has signed and who is still pending. It can also retrieve the completed copy once signing is finished.

Can Hubi connect eversign with my other tools?

Yes. You can chain it with a CRM, your email, or a spreadsheet - for example, 'when a deal closes, send the onboarding agreement and log it in my CRM' runs across both in one instruction.
