How does Hubi connect to Dromo?

Hubi authenticates with a Dromo API key you generate in your account. Its access is limited to what that key permits, typically launching and checking imports.

Can Hubi see the actual rows being imported?

Hubi works with the import job and its results as Dromo's API returns them. It can report on counts and status, and surface which records cleared or failed validation where that detail is available.

Does Hubi fix bad rows on its own?

No. Hubi tells you which rows didn't pass validation, but correcting the source data is up to you. It won't silently alter your file or force invalid records through.

Can an import completion trigger work elsewhere?

Yes. You can chain Dromo with anything else you've connected - for example, notify a channel or update a record in another tool once an import finishes.

Will Hubi wait around for a long import to finish?

You can ask Hubi to check status whenever you want, or set a standing instruction to follow up. It doesn't need to sit blocked on a running import to report back later.
