No. Because a mailing costs money and goes to a real address, Hubi confirms the document and recipient with you before submitting it. You can set standing rules if you want certain mailings to go out automatically.

Can Hubi send the same letter to many recipients?

Yes. Hubi can create one mailing per address from a list. For a large batch it confirms the recipient set first so a wrong document or address does not go out to everyone.

Does Hubi know whether a letter actually went out?

Hubi reads the status DocuPost reports for each mailing, so it can tell you whether a letter has been submitted, printed, or mailed rather than guessing.

Can Hubi pull the address from another tool?
