Hubi runs read requests freely, but for changes that affect others - reassigning, closing, or deleting tasks - it shows you what it intends to do first. You can set standing rules in plain English for routine updates you want handled automatically.

Can Hubi reach every space and folder in my workspace?

It can reach whatever your connected account has access to. If you belong to multiple spaces, Hubi works within the permissions your ClickUp role grants and does not see private items you cannot see yourself.

Can Hubi set custom fields and priorities, not just titles?

Yes, for the fields your workspace defines. Hubi can set assignees, due dates, priorities, tags, and custom field values when you describe them, as long as those fields exist on the target list.
