Hubi triggers or reruns a pipeline only when you tell it to, or under a standing rule you set - for example, 'rerun a workflow once if it fails on a known flaky test'. Otherwise it just reports status.

Does Hubi need a paid CircleCI plan?

Hubi uses CircleCI's API with a personal token you generate, which works across plan tiers. Any build minute or concurrency limits on your plan still apply to pipelines Hubi triggers.

Can Hubi read the actual failure logs, not just pass or fail?

Yes, where your token allows. Hubi can pull a failed job's output so it can point you to the error rather than only telling you the build went red.

Can Hubi tie CircleCI into my other tools?
