Which things and fields can Hubi reach?

Hubi can only see the data types and fields you've made available through Bubble's Data API and privacy rules. Anything restricted by those rules stays out of reach, which keeps you in control of what it touches.

Will Hubi change or delete records on its own?

For writes - creating, updating, or removing an entry - Hubi shows you what it's about to do and waits for approval by default. Lookups and searches run on their own since they only read.

Can Hubi run my app's workflows or just its data?

Hubi primarily works with your app's data through the Data API. It can trigger workflows you've exposed as API endpoints, but it won't reach internal logic you haven't opened up.

Does Hubi work with both live and development versions?

Bubble separates live and development data, and Hubi works against whichever environment your API key and endpoint point to. Be deliberate about which one you connect so edits land where you expect.

Can Hubi connect Bubble to my other tools?

Yes. You can chain Bubble with anything else you've connected - for example, 'when a new signup appears in my app, add them to my email list' runs across both in one instruction.
