Can Hubi move or withdraw funds from my wallet?

Hubi works with invoices and store data through the API; it does not control your wallet keys or initiate withdrawals. Payouts and wallet access stay where you've configured them in BTCPay.

Will Hubi create an invoice without my say-so?

Creating an invoice is an action Hubi proposes and confirms with you by default, since it produces something a customer will pay. Checking statuses and listing invoices are reads that run on their own.

Can Hubi work across more than one store?

If your API key has access to several stores on the server, Hubi can work with them - you tell it which store you mean for a given invoice or list.

How current is the payment status Hubi reports?

Hubi reads the invoice state directly from your BTCPay Server at the moment you ask, so the status reflects what the server has confirmed, subject to normal blockchain confirmation timing.

Can Hubi tie invoice events to my other tools?

Yes. You can chain BTCPay Server with anything else you've connected - for example, 'when invoice 1234 settles, log it in my sheet and notify the channel' runs across both in one go.
