Hubi can typically work with the member and listing fields your API exposes - contact details, plan or membership status, categories, and the listing content. The exact set depends on how your directory is configured.

Will Hubi change a member record without checking with me?

For edits and new listings Hubi shows you what it's about to write and waits for your go-ahead by default. Read-only lookups run on their own since they don't change anything.

Can Hubi manage more than one directory?

Each connection is tied to one API key and one site, so Hubi works within that directory. If you run several, you connect each one and tell Hubi which site you mean.

Can Hubi tie directory activity to my other tools?

Yes. You can chain Brilliant Directories with anything else you've connected - for example, 'when a new member joins, add them to my email list and ping the team' runs across both in one go.
