Starting a test consumes resources and load against a target, so by default Hubi confirms which test to run before launching. Reading reports and runs happens on its own.

Does Hubi configure the test itself or just run it?

Hubi works best with tests you have already set up in BlazeMeter - it launches them, tracks the run, and pulls results, rather than authoring complex test scripts from scratch.

How long until I get results?

A run takes as long as the test is configured to last, and Hubi can report once it finishes. For longer tests it can check status and return the full report when the run completes.

Can Hubi tell me whether a run passed or failed?

Yes. Hubi reads the report's metrics like error rate and response times and can compare them against the pass or fail criteria you describe, then summarize the outcome.
