No. Posting grades, announcements, and assignments are write actions, so by default Hubi drafts them for your approval first. Reading rosters and grades runs on its own.

Can Hubi see courses I do not teach?

Only what your account's role allows. Hubi acts through your Blackboard permissions, so it reaches the courses, rosters, and grades you could already access yourself.

Does this require admin access at my institution?

It depends on what you want Hubi to do. Many instructor tasks work with a teaching role, while institution-wide actions may need broader permissions that your Blackboard admin controls.

How current is the data Hubi reads?
