Will Hubi record a gift without me checking it?

No. Creating or changing donor and gift records is a write action, so by default Hubi drafts it and waits for your approval before saving. Looking up constituents and gifts runs on its own.

Can Hubi see records I am not allowed to access?

No. Hubi acts through your account's permissions, so it can only read and update the constituents and gifts you could reach yourself in Blackbaud.

Does this handle sensitive donor and constituent data carefully?

Hubi works within your account's existing scopes and the approval gates above, acting only on the records you direct it to and surfacing changes for review before they save.

Can Hubi connect Blackbaud with my other tools?
