Can Hubi reverse anonymization, or is it one-way?

Anonyflow supports de-anonymizing data when you hold the correct key, so Hubi can both mask values and restore the originals later depending on how you set up the request. If your workflow uses irreversible masking, the change cannot be undone.

Does the original sensitive data get stored anywhere by Hubi?

Hubi passes the content to Anonyflow for processing and returns the result to you; it does not keep a separate copy of your raw data beyond the conversation context needed to complete the task.

What kinds of fields can Anonyflow detect and mask?
