Can Hubi read past WhatsApp conversations?

Hubi can read the conversations your 2Chat account exposes through its API, so it can summarize recent threads or find a customer's last message. What's available depends on your 2Chat plan and number permissions.

Does WhatsApp's messaging policy limit what Hubi can send?

Yes. WhatsApp restricts unprompted outbound messages and may require approved templates for some sends, so anything Hubi sends still follows WhatsApp's and 2Chat's rules regardless of how you phrase the request.
